Your new role
This is an interesting and varied role where you will work as part of a proactive team who provide a professional and informative customer service function. This is a part time, working 26.75 hours a week on site. There will be a shift pattern and the salary is £10-£11 per hour. Some of your duties include...
Working with other teams to make sure staff shortages are covered
Complaint handling
Undertaking telephone surveys
To assist with events
Reception duties
Administering a centralised electronic booking system
Please note an Enhanced DBS will need to be done.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will...
Have good literacy and numeracy skills
Have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Be proficient using Microsoft Office
Have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
Have previous customer service experience
