Hays are privileged to be working for a well know, reputable company in the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor.

Your new role

This is an interesting and varied role where you will work as part of a proactive team who provide a professional and informative customer service function. This is a part time, working 26.75 hours a week on site. There will be a shift pattern and the salary is £10-£11 per hour. Some of your duties include...

  • Working with other teams to make sure staff shortages are covered
  • Complaint handling
  • Undertaking telephone surveys
  • To assist with events
  • Reception duties
  • Administering a centralised electronic booking system

Please note an Enhanced DBS will need to be done.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will...

  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Be proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Have previous customer service experience
