Customer Service Role at Lingley Mere paying £8.25 per hour plus holiday pay.

Your New Company:

In this role you will work for Amey Construction in a contact centre role. Amey is a multinational infrastructure company that has offices all over the UK, the Americas and Oceania. You will be working at Lingley Mere Business Park in Great Sankey near Warrington.

Your New Role:

You will receive inbound calls off customers and clients and will either deal with the queries yourself or escalate to the necessary personnel. You will work a typical shift pattern of Monday-Friday between 0800-1700. You will earn £8.35 per hour. 

What you'll need to succeed:

The right candidate for the role will have excellent communication skills and will thrive working as a part of fast paced team. Contact centre experience is preferable although any customer service experience will be adequate.


What you'll get in return:

In addition to your basic pay, you will accrue holiday entitlement for every hour that you work.
