Home based Customer Service Officer Job | Temporary for 6 months | Call Handling | £11ph + holiday pay

You will be working with a public sector organisation that are an non ministerial government agency.

Your new role
Working remotely for the majority of your contract, you will be working with in an inbound enquiry service and act as a first point of call for queries. This will be via both phone enquiries and also web chat services from the general public and your primary responsibility will be to handle the query in a professional and courteous manner and signpost to the appropriate information. In the instance you are unable to assist, you will be accurately recording information to flag to a further support team.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a telephony based customer service role is essential for this post. You will be a proactive worker that is able to self manage due to the heavily remote nature of the vacancy. Able to work in a structured environment, you will be used to following service prompts and following processes with ease. You will have a passion for customer service and be able to start with minimal notice. You must have access to your own computer / laptop and a stable internet connection as equipment will not be provided.

What you'll get in return
Working for a sought after employer, you will have full time hours (37) Monday - Friday for your 6 month post. You will have an hourly rate of £11ph + holiday pay and weekends off! You will primarily be based from home however some reasonable commuting to the Liverpool based office is expected.
