Customer Service Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for one of our luxury automotive manufacturing clients based in Farnborough, UK. The role is 37.5 hours Mon-Fri – 9am-5:15pm, this is a hybrid role 50/50 with training onsite. The pay rate is equivalent to circa 30k per annum PAYE.

Day to day activities:
  • Liaising with retailers
  • Vehicle buy back, dealing with customers and relevant cases
  • Dealing with VIP, high profile cases and sensitive cases
  • Heavily dealer and retail focused
  • Fast paced, financial autonomy
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Handling and resolving complaints

We are looking for somebody ideally with automotive, retail and/or customer service managerial experience. This is a 12month rolling contract role with the opportunity to potentially become permanent depending on performance and movement within team. History tells us that high performers do secure a permanent role.
