Customer Service Advisor
4 months fixed term contract – potential to be extended
37.5 hour week. 7.5 hour shifts between 8am – 9pm Mon-Fri and 9am – 5pm Sat/Sun
5 shifts per week
£19,000 annual salary
Office Based in Swindon Town Centre
50/50 hybrid model

Your new role
As a customer service advisor, you will provide support to cardholders ensuring that queries are answered in a timely manner providing excellent service whilst ensuring that processes and guidelines are followed. You will report into the customer service team leader.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Answering calls, emails, and webchat
- Dealing with customer queries
- Recording details of all interactions
- Initiating investigations or follow ups as required
Key Result Areas:
- Handling customer telephone, email and webchat enquiries
- All contacts to be handled within SLA
- Following standard daily customer service procedures
- Liaison with internal departments - Compliance, Operations and Finance
- Recording all customer queries
- Utilising various in-house customer service applications
- Solving any issues that may arise
- Recording customer expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints.
