Your new role

In your new role, you will be working as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis. Hours of work are between 08:00-18:00 (37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday). Main duties of the role include:
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external persons
  • Develop knowledge of your departments key responsibilities
  • Accurately record tasks
