Hays are recruiting for a Customer Services Representative for an excellent company based in Salford Quays.
Your new role
You will be the first line of contact for customers and your role will involve being responsible for handling customer queries and complaints on the phone, by email and by post. Your role will involve other tasks such as dealing with payments, liaising with letting agents and updating and maintaining customer contracts and databases. You will carry out basic administrative duties and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
