We are working with one of the leading building maintenance services in the UK - they provide repairs, planned, voids refurbishment and compliance services to over 200,000 properties national wide.
Due to company growth, they are looking to add a customer service advisor to work within their team in Leeds.
JOB ROLE - Customer Service Advisor
HOURS - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
OFFICE LOCATION - Leeds, within 2 miles from Leeds City Centre with free parking on site
SALARY - £19760 to £21840 per annum
To manage the schedule of appointments. Work with clients, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to schedule appointments, To take ownership and responsibility for identifying the customer’s needs and use appropriate questioning, listening and diagnosis skills to identify the issues and offer appropriate solutions. To deal with complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure, to contain issues and maintain customer satisfaction
We are looking for someone with good customer service skills - a background in housing repair / maintenance would be preferable but not essential as full training will be provided by the organisation.
