Hays are delighted to be working for a client dealing in high-end luxury goods based in Stratford Upon Avon. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who would be very comfortable and highly effective at interacting with extremely affluent clientele.

Your new role
This highly customer centred role will be the first point of phone or physical contact for their clientele and as such, the successful candidate must be able to represent our client and their luxury goods in the appropriate manner.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have previous experience as a receptionist or administrator. You will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You will be dedicated, organised and efficient.
