Your new company
You will be working for a well-established facilities management company that operates across the UK with a number of high profile clients. They are currently looking for customer liaison representatives to join the team based in the PR4 area, working face to face with one of their most high profile clients. There is 3 months plus work available, on a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent , Monday to Friday, earning £12.22 per hour.
Your new role
You will be assisting a huge client with their new scheme, aimed at returning staff to office based work.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as a front of house for the new office structure
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communicating face to face with clients
- Booking people into the offices
- Using systems
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer and client facing roles. They will be a confident, presentable and outgoing individual, who is willing to go the extra mile for the client. You can demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team effectively and provide an excellent level of customer service. There will be some driving involved between two sites, so driving would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a company that is well known in the facilities management industry and you will be working with a huge national client. It is a full time role, Monday to Friday, earning £10.50 per hour, paid weekly.
Working hours:
Shift 1:
Monday and Tuesday - 07:00-19:00
Wednesday and Thursday - 07:00-14:00
Friday - 07:00-15:00
Shift 2:
Monday and Tuesday - 07:00-14:00
Wednesday and Thursday - 07:00-19:00
Friday - 07:00-15:00
