Full Credit Control processes

• Manage a debtor portfolio
• Chase debt by phone and email
• Investigate and resolve issues for non-payment
• Negotiate repayment plans
• Review and adjust credit limits
• Raise credit notes
• Assist in month end reporting tasks

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven history of debt reduction and cash flow improvement and a good standard of Excel skills including lookup’s and pivots. You are target driven, tenacious and resilient with strong verbal and written communication skills. You are well organised with excellent attention to detail and prepared to go above and beyond to support the team
