Your new school is a large secondary school with academy status located in central East Lancashire. The school is coeducational and caters for pupils aged 11-16. The school has consistently been graded as good in all areas by OFSTED and as a result, has established an excellent reputation in the local community. There is an extremely supportive senior leadership team throughout school with a clear vision towards achieving outstanding. In addition to the above, the school offers state of the art facilities and has excellent transport links.

Your new role
Joining an OFSTED good school you will work as a cover teacher for a full academic year. The role is to commence in September and will operate full time on a temporary basis for a full academic year. As the role is long term, you will be required to undertake additional responsibilities at the school.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, it is essential that you hold a teaching qualification such as QTS, QTLS or PGCE. You must be able to commence the role immediately and be able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.
