Experienced Court of Protection File Handler/Solicitor Required for a leading UK based Law Firm in Manchester

The position has been created due to an increasing workload and the onboarding of new clients. Your new role
As an experienced Court of Protection paralegal/solicitor, you will be expected to handle your own court of protection files whilst assisting other members of the team with their caseload. Alongside this, you will be expected to research new cases and legislation, liaise with clients and handle incoming queries, review ongoing cases files and attend client meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have gained over 1 years worth of Court of Protection experience, ideally during the litigation stage and after settlement. This role is available for experienced paralegals or qualified solicitors, and as such, relevant academics such as an LLB and LPC degree would be greatly beneficial. At paralegal level, it is possible that the firm will offer a training contract after some time, so having a desire to qualify as a CoP Solicitor is important.
