Office based Contracts Administrator in Fife, £21k-£22k per annum salary

Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive and established client in the Cowdenbeath area of Fife for a contracts administrator paying £21000 to £22000 dependent on experience. This is a permanent, full-time role which requires the successful applicant to be fully office-based.
Your new role
Reporting to the Contracts manager, you will be an essential component of the office team and will play a key role in client relations and external communications. You will be booking visits, liaising with contractors and engaging with local authorities. You will have responsibility for internal databases, mailbox management and data-entry. You will also be performing basic estimations and have a working knowledge of housing processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will hold experience in a similar role. You will be an effective communicator and will represent the business with professionalism. The ability to manage an administrative workload independently is also necessary, and time and task management skills are key. A keen eye for detail, as well as basic grasp of finance and maths elements will also be necessary for the estimations elements of the role.
