As a Contracts Compliance Officer you will be reporting to the asset manager working as part of the team to ensuring contract compliance. This role offers an immediate start and can be home-based with occasional travel to sites

Your new role

The main purpose of your new role as Contract Compliance Officer is to ensure that all contractors and suppliers appointed by the group are meeting or exceeding their contractual requirements and delivering a high standard of customer service.
You will analyse data such as customer satisfaction surveys and completion certificates to prepare and deliver a monthly report on the performance of contractors and suppliers.
As part of your role you will support the Asset Manager in the procurement of contracts by setting performance standards which will reflect both internal and external customer feedback. You will be tasked with the implementation of a performance management framework in relation to all contractors and suppliers.
You will ensure that the performance management framework is evaluated and monitored and ensure that an up to date register of all contractors and suppliers is maintained.
Liaise with client teams to determine performance requirements and assist with the preparation of contract documentation of procurement activities by ensuring that performance standards are incorporated.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to have a proven track record in working on housing repair contracts, ideally within a project management or surveying capacity. You will also have a proven track record in the procurement and management of external contractors and suppliers.
You must have technical knowledge to control building contracts from commencement to completion and legal knowledge of building and other contracts and obligations.
In addition to your core technical skills, you must have strong IT skills and be able to liaise with a range of stakeholders including contractors and tenants. You must hold a full UK Driving license due to travel involved.
