The company we are partnered with are a construction company operating as a whole subsidiary of the University. The business has been operating since 2013 and has taken responsibility for delivering both residential and non- residential projects for the University. They have won multiple awards including RoSPA and The Green Apple Awards and are looking for an enthusiastic Construction Document Controller to join their friendly team.
Your new role
You will be reporting into the Design Manager while liaising with the University. As a member of a robust project team you will have a specific area of responsibility to deliver robust, quality assured document control and configuration management. In accordance with defined project process flows for information management between the construction company and the university you will record all project correspondence including the accurate and timely management of all associated documents.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant document control Knowledge & Experience in a project environment from a main contractor.
- Basic understanding of Project Management
- Well organised with the ability to work to timescales and demonstrate attention to detail
- Routine recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical
- Competent user of MS Office
- Familiar with structuring and presentation of own work
- Ability to organise and prioritise own work while being able to use your own initiative.
