Company Secretariat and Project Administrator role – Bristol + Hybrid Working

Our client is a well-known financial business who are currently looking for a Company Secretary/Project Administrator to join their Bristol office. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your company secretary career within a supportive and driven environment. Hybrid working is available – it is anticipated that you will go into the office 2-3 days per week (or more if desired), therefore you will ideally live within commutable distance of Bristol. Your new role
The role will support two teams – the Company Secretariat and Operations team, providing a wide range of administrative duties. The role will support the CoSec team 3 days a week and Operations 2 days a week in a flexible manner as workload requires, reporting ultimately within the CoSec team. The role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the CoSec Team to maintain an efficient and professional Company Secretariat function across the Group, and support the wider team in delivering contractual obligations to the portfolio clients.

This is a wide-ranging job involving an extensive range of contacts both within and outside the organisation and which requires a proactive approach. The role will also involve the preparation and distribution of agenda and board packs as required and the filing of documents with Companies House to comply with statutory requirements. You will also be expected to provide administrative support and general office duties and to work under your own initiative when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a great role for someone looking for their first co sec assistant role, or perhaps an administrator looking for a new challenge/to get into the company secretary field. Or perhaps you might be a legal sectary, paralegal or PA. You must have strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills for this role, as well as excellent attention to detail. Experience of MS Office programmes and SharePoint knowledge would be desirable.
