Your new role

  • advising on the legal ramifications and structuring of a wide range of outsourcing arrangements and diverse commercial projects, transactions and contracts;
  • drafting, negotiation and settling various forms of commercial contracts;
  • advising on the full regime of public procurement regulations and practical procurement issues, including acting as guardian of relevant legal policies and providing standardised procurement and commercial legal agreements;

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2+ years PQE
  • Solid Commercial Contracts experience especially Commercial Procurement Contracts including equipment and services
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations and frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and team working
  • approachable and high efficiency and productivity
  • Be able to commute to Worthing office 2-3 days a week
