Temporary role for a Clinic Office Coordinator - Cardiff

You will be working for a reputable public sector organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff Centre.

Your new role
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will lead and manage the reception service and facilitate effective communication between staff and patients / clients. You will maintain efficient communication with stakeholders, ensure patients are registered on the database, manage files and ensure they are dealt with in line with GDPR. You will undertake any other general administrative duties as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will possess previous experience of working within a Coordination role. You will have experience of creating and developing reports. Minute taking experience is desirable for this post. You will be competent in IT including Microsoft Office.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid £13.94 per hour and work 37 hours per week between Monday to Friday. This is a temporary role for a period of 2 months initially. The role is office based.
