Client Services Analyst needed for Global Investment Bank

Your new role
In this role, you will be working to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal stakeholders and clients. This will include technical support for business applications, software and hardware. The role will require a level of liaising with clients to come to an adequate and effective solution.
You will be expected to deliver great customer care and attention, while ensuring that all your documented work is down in an effective manner so as to ensure a smooth operation.
This role will see you work with Key Decision Makers, both within and outside of the company, offering fantastic opportunity to expand your network and your skillset

What you'll need to succeed
The Ideal Candidate will have 2 to 3 years’ experience within a managed services/support role, with proven experience in SQL, FTP and windows servers. You will have previous experience working on a ticket-based system and escalating issues where necessary or working with team members to reach a resolution. You will ideally have strong troubleshooting experience and an excellent level of customer service, to deal with customers effectively and in a way that benefits the company’s external and internal relationships.
It will also be beneficial to this role if you have previous financial services experience, as well as a 3rd level qualification that comes with a strong interest in technology. You will also be strongly considered for this role if you have experience in order management and advent technologies.
