Claims Broker Technician
A top 100 international Insurance broker is looking for a Claims Broker Technician to join their business.

Our client, a top 100 international insurance broker, based in the heart of the city of London is looking for a Claims Broker Technician to join their business. Salary is very competitive and offers the opportunity for Hybrid working.
Your new role
A large part of your role will be centred on the processing and reporting of managed accounts, processing the monthly bordereaux, and compiling loss runs on request from internal stakeholders of the business.
You will be expected to liaise with third party claims insurers and administrators when bordereau issues arise, build, and maintain strong relationships to ensure their service meets regulatory requirements and the requirements of their clients.
You will also need to maintain an accurate and up to date record of claims files on the Risk Serve system and continuously monitor the progress of each claim.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong understanding of London market Claims Processing (ECF/CLASS required). You must be aware of the most up to date regulatory legislation and you must have a good grasp on the legal principles of insurance. Knowledge of Professional and Directors & Officers Insurance products preferred.
You will also need to be a great team player, highly organised with a friendly and professional telephone manner and show great attention to detail. You will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry and you will be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word.
