The individuals we support have various interests and hobbies which they love you to get involved with such as going to the cinemas, the seaside or outdoor activities like walking and camping. To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to commit to 30+ hours per week. It is essential that you are able to provide 2 references. You do not need to have any social care experience!!
Working with Hays as a bank support worker enables you to work flexibly, with ad-hoc shifts on offer which can work to fit around your schedule. We have a variety of shifts available including earlies, lates, full days and sleepovers. You will be paid on a weekly basis, with an hourly rate of £10.65 per hour (days) or £11.65 per hour (nights) and £74 (sleepovers).
