Hays Social care are recruiting for an experienced Support Worker on behalf of a children's residential setting based in Redditch. We work with fantastic providers who put the needs of their service users first, therefore, are looking for like- minded people to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting children with learning difficulties and Challenging behaviour. You will need to use your professional experience and skills to work with children on a day-to-day basis. You will be promoting the independence of residents and helping them to live a fulfilled life

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful in this position, you will need to be confident working with children and demonstrate a genuine desire to help individuals. Having a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and experience in a similar setting is essential. You must be qualified in a form of Physical Restraint training e.g. Pillars or Team Teach and First Aid.
