Centre Administrator Role based in Central Cambridge

This is an opportunity to work within the management suite for a premium shopping centre based in Cambridge city centre.

Your new role

You will be working closely with the management team to maintain smooth running of the Centre Management Office and be reporting to the General Manager. This is a varied role in which you will be dealing with financial duties such as raising and processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining the centre’s financial filing system, banking and recording all centre’s monies and providing relevant monthly reports whilst building relationships with the retail store managers. The role will also include additional responsibilities such as assisting with marketing administrative tasks, helping with customer care in a busy premium shopping centre environment and reporting of any health and safety issues to the Operations Manager or General Manager. The role will also include dealing with social media and the website.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be highly organised, efficient and confident with numbers with an interest in retail. You will have experience of retail processes and merchandising whilst having the ability to build relationships with retailers, contractors and suppliers. Ideally you will have experience in an administration role and be confident using Outlook, Word and Excel. You will have a Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, have strong attention to detail and have the ability to multitask, you are able to work on your own initiative whilst also being a team player. You will have the ability to work in a fast moving environment and be well presented.

What you'll get in return

This is a varied and interesting role where you will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm (with some flexibility with hours), there is onsite parking and you will be offered £20,000-£25,000 DOE.
