Your new role
44.25 hrs over two weeks, or average 22 hrs 10 mins/week
We are looking for a committed Care Assistant to support students in our residential setting and
school/college. Providing personal care, assisting with eating and drinking, and moving and handling are all important aspects of this role.
Our provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.

What you'll need to succeed
A level 3 qualification in health and social care is required, if you don’t already have this qualification you will need to commence and complete the course as soon as you join us.
All applicants must be double vaccinated or have a valid exemption.
To contribute positively to the creation and sustaining of a caring, friendly and welcoming community environment, informal in nature and minimising institutional practices.
To assist each young person in developing to his or her own full intellectual, spiritual, physical, social and emotional potential.
To adopt school/college policies and procedures and be committed to the religious ethos.
