A new temporary job opportunity has arisen working in the Digital and Customer Services team for Birmingham City Council, the largest local authority in the UK. This is a superb time to join this team in a period of change, transition and growth.

Your new role
The role is mainly required for minuting and managing of board meetings at a high level. Other administrative tasks include arranging meetings and coordinating agendas. Your job purpose is to provide high quality admin support to all directorates to enable the team to develop and participate in continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, minute taking experience is essential. You will also need to have great verbal and written communication as you will be working with senior level individuals. You must also be organised and be able to hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return
The working hours for the role is 30 hours a week and is flexible on what days these can be worked. The role is primarily home based working, with some work in the office when necessary. The role is temporary for 6 months.
