Your new job
As a Community Manager you will own the complete customer experience for your Regus office or centre. You will be a key component in how Regus is changing the way people work, owning all operations of the centre while supporting your Area Managers as needed, including conducting office tours for prospective customers. Front of house, customer service representative and office manager all in one, you’re responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. By proactively managing and resolving customer queries, your job will be to help win and retain customers. Through your customer service excellence approach to managing your office community, you job will be driving the Regus mission of enabling professionals to do the best work of their lives.
