Your new role
- Identify assets/companies/areas of interest, in the fields of oncology and autoimmune therapeutic areas
- Design partnering structure tailored to the profile of each envisioned collaboration, identify key risk and provide effective mitigation plan
- Provide outstanding transaction skills through the entire deal making process to secure and implement attractive deals
- Drive project and decision making in a matrix environment, drive inter-departmental communications
- Promote the company as the partner of choice at business partnering meetings and scientific conferences

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record at sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing different types of partnerships from discovery stage assets to commercial stage assets
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated history of leading multinational and cross-functional teams, as well as strategic corporate initiatives
- Outstanding project management skills, with ability to ensure effective and efficient decision making
- Outstanding time management with strong ability to multi-task under pressure, proven track record of continuously delivering high-quality work within challenging timelines
- Established network of contacts in key academic institutions, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, VC community
