Your new role
1. Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
2. Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
3. Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
4. Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
5. Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
6. Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
7. Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
8. Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning.

What you'll need to succeed
Probate experience - Must Have.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Proven track record of building partnerships in this sector.
Organisation skills and the ability to multitask
Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets/forecasts set.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Operational procedures company-wide.
Adaptable and flexible.
Pleasant and engaging personality, tact and diplomacy for dealing confidential information, discretion and trustworthiness.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
What you'll get in return
A highly competitive salary £40-£50k (DOE) OTE of £60k. Leicester based, hybrid working offered. Monday to Friday 9-5.
