Thame, Oxfordshire UK (Hybrid - On-site 3 times weekly)
Your new company
We are a leading hotel business with a large footprint in the UK. With more than a million visits every week to our website and more than eighteen million customers a year, the use of technology is critical to both our customer offer and our low-cost operations. The mission within IT is to ensure innovative technology drives the business forward, through the development of the company’s customer-facing and internal technology systems.
Right now, we require an Interim Business Analyst to support our technology initiatives throughout all stages of the delivery lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, implement), starting with a new HR & Payroll system implementation.
Your new role
You will develop a business action plan for the project and carry out business analysis activities to ensure the efficient delivery of the project, assessing user's needs and configuring changes to enable better use of the system. As part of a medium-sized team, you will work directly with the project manager and oversee other team members to keep the project on track within its time frame and cost margins. You will design and deliver solutions to a high-quality standard and articulate operational benefit and technical feasibility to senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Your background in at least 3 consecutive assignments acting as a Business Analyst will lead to your success. You will have followed previous project lifecycles from start to finish under different methodologies such as agile and waterfall and have a breadth of experience that runs across all facets of business transformation, including system implementation projects. You will be highly distinguished in your communication, possessing the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly and concisely at board level and have experience working with both small and large corporations.
What you'll get in return
We understand the values employees hold in our business and are recognised for our commitment to our staff. You will become a part of an award winning company and offered a competitive rate with a contract duration of 6-months which is likely to extend to 12-months and beyond.
