Applicants must have Financial Services Experience

Background Skills/Experience preferred:
• OTC and Cleared Derivatives (focus on rates, FX and equities at the moment)
• Derivatives Funding & Liquidity

Daily Responsibilities:
Chairing meetings, documenting the existing funding process, diagramming the flows, establishing what a future state development plan may look like, speaking with various stakeholders to document the above.

Program/technology/software knowledge essential for this role:
Visio or similar to diagram processes, Excel to investigate current processes and analyses data

Soft Skills:
• Establish and execute an effective communication process
• Chairing and minuting meetings
• Providing weekly updates on task completion
• Preparation and maintenance of deliverables and corresponding heat maps

Scope of Work
Plan Development:
• Need a documented/diagrammed view of our current setup and processes as it relates to
• NDL (Net Derivative Liquidity: a measure of our unsecured funding) ,
• Pledging allocations (how we attribute costs related to collateral postings to business level)
• our funding flows (how we move cash around between derivative business to fund them)
• Help develop views on where we want to go and what we want to prioritize in terms of build out in order to optimize and simplify current process, and how to expand and improve to capture missing areas
• Description of potential obstacles / barriers and links to other dependencies (like other CM programs, resource constraints, etc).

Plan Execution:
• Will need to work with all stakeholders (CT, TMS, RMG, FOPE, PC, Finance, etc)
• Proactively managing project issues / risks

Task Delivery:
• Modelling current and end state processes through Visio or some other visual tool
• Documenting requirements at both high level and detailed level
• Possible some implementation work as needs arise

Communication:
