Your new role
You will perform an array of business analysis activities, document end to end business process and supporting business change for projects / programme under optimisation. You will identify challenges and opportunities which will support stakeholders articulate their business needs and analyse the requirements and data to support solution design, creating functional specifications and models. You will add valued input into developing new business process through analysis of relevant data and the construction of new solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this role you will have excellent stakeholder management with peers and C-Level executives. You will posses good presentations skills and have experience writing epics & user stories, processes, procedures and user guides. You will be proactive, delivery focused who manages and meets commitments. You will be a self-starter, who also has the ability to deal with conflicting priorities between different specialist groups within a fast-paced environment. Coming from a continuous improvement background is highly desirable.
