Behavioural Delivery Lead – Remote with travel – 12 Month FTC - £48,000 to £55,000 per annum
A Behavioural Delivery Lead paying between £48,000 and £55,000 per annum on a 12-month fixed term contract provides an opportunity to join this large public sector employer to enable improved delivery performance across major programmes within the business via the improvement of behaviours and collaboration of teams.

Your new role
As Behavioural Delivery Lead you will join a small, centralised team to work with project teams and their external partners to develop behavioural maturity across projects to support improved delivery performance. You will implement strategies and develop plans whilst advocating awareness of the key drivers in order to support the creation of high performing teams and will provide advice and direction to senior leaders. You will lead the overall management of a group of behavioural maturity interventions as part of the delivery programmes, facilitating workshops and providing coaching to ensure capability. You will ensure continuous improvement, maintaining standards and best practice in relation to the behavioural maturity programme.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience of using behavioural change principles to develop individuals and high performing teams in order to bring about culture change. You will be able to influence at a senior level and will be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to build solid relationships. You will be collaborative in approach and will offer proven experience of facilitating workshops and coaching leaders both on-line and face to face. You will have used data and information to inform decisions and strategy and will have demonstrable knowledge of change management. Please note, although this is a remote position you will be expected to travel at least once a week either to facilitate workshops or to attend team meetings, which could be anywhere in England.
