Hays are recruiting for a fulltime permanent Admin Coordinator. This role is based by Manchester Airport and is immediate starting. It is Monday to Friday and Hybrid working after training.
Your new role
Checking New Starter Packs to ensure that they are compliant with regulations. Liaising with internal and external referencing assistants to obtain further detail. Speaking with new starters to begin the onboarding process. Drafting, formatting, and communicating relevant documents, including reports. Managing external or internal communication or management systems. Managing projects and system data entry. Managing written communication and other word processing, including email and telephone calls. Organising, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, including creating related agendas. Photocopying and filing documents as required. Reviewing and filing documents as required. Supporting other administrative processes for colleagues.
