Your new role
Reporting to the Accounts office manager, your work will be based in all areas of the finance department.
Duties will include:
What you'll need to succeed
- End to end purchase ledger duties such as processing invoices, solving queries, and preparing ledger payment runs
- Breaking down Labour costs and inputting these on to the system
- Posting all cash and balancing cash books to purchase ledger
- Receive and process expense claims and company credit card statements
- Enter monthly expenses into petty cash book
You will have great communication skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This role will require excellent attention to detail. Somebody who is organised and able to prioritise their work load and meet deadlines.
