Hays are proud to be working with a market leading manufacturing business based in Edinburgh City Centre. Due to a period of growth they require some short term support in their finance function.
Your new role
Your new role will be supporting in the sales ledger processing, aiding with staff expenses and accurately reconciling accounts.
Require a Temporary Accounts Assistant (at least one month, possibly longer) Supporting with general backlog of accounts processing, inputting information Sage system Sales ledger invoice processing Staff expenses Accurately input information Reconciling accounts
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be immediately available to undertake a 1-2 month contract with scope for extension. Experience in SAGE and Excel would be beneficial for this role to allow you to hit the ground running.
