The newly created role for Accounts Administrator will report to the onsite Management Accountant and although a part of the larger organisation, will join a close knit team of 4.
Your new role
The role will consist of dealing with customer queries and internal sales teams to resolve customer queries, the role will also involve supporting the Assistant Accountant processing financial transactions on to the accounting software. Supplier statement reconciliations, obtaining copy invoices and creating financial reports as required by the team. This is an excellent opportunity, or someone looking to start their finance career and develop.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills, keen eye for numbers
Good levels of Excel Excellent customer service skills
Hands on attitude required for a small team
What you'll get in return
Salary up to £22,000 per annum
Full or part time role 24 hours plus
Permanent role - Office Based - Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm
25 days holiday plus banks
