Accounts Admin - 11.50 per hour Part Time - Fleetwood

Your new company
A very established manufacturing business based in Fleetwood is looking for a part time Accounts Admin for 3/4 days a week.

11.50 per hour - Dependant on experience.

Immediate Starts Available.

Your new role
The primary role is to provide full administrative support to the Kildavanan Sales team in short the role consists of the following: Duties: Stock Control
  • The reconciliation of cold store stock to produce a weekly stock report.
  • To confirm the correct usage of raw material and product pick-ups.
  • To check that packed stock is placed on stock or is correctly recorded as despatched.
  • The correct valuation and description of goods arriving in store; the reconciliation of raw material invoices; Quality Control checks against the agreed Purchase Orders for products.
Invoice Checking
  • The checking and reconciliation of freight/container shipping invoices and costs.
Packaging Control
  • The ordering and control of packaging and label stocks.
  • Assisting in the development of new product packaging and labeling
  • Label preparation and product specifications
Letters of Credit
  • Checking and preparing support documents.
  • Booking Containers/loading A1
  • Up-date director via email
Sales Administration
  • Sales Order processing
  • Organizing and managing sales releases to customers and cold stores
  • Control of logistics – booking transport, checking with suppliers
  • Liaison with customers and suppliers by telephone; answering or directing inquiries/email
  • Maintaining customer confidence and protecting confidential information. (A confidentiality agreement must be signed prior to commencing employment)
  • Label checking
  • Europe exporting paperwork
  • Maintenance of various sales excel spread sheets
  • Customer liaison on technical matters including completion of customer questionnaires relating to food safety regulation compliances.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word proficient)
  • Outlook Express (task and diary management)
  • Basic database management
  • Proficient understanding of Sage Accounting software
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Any language skills beneficial
