Client Services Executive (Hybrid-working) - AMAZING PROGRESSION!

Client Services Executive, Tech Company, £22,000 (+ 10% Bonus), London (Hybrid-working), Immediate Start!
Our client, an exciting Tech start-up (founded: 2017) whom have grown to 75 FTE in the 5 years that they have been established, are looking to recruit 3 x Client Services Executives to join their growing London team. Working on a hybrid basis (2/3 days a week working from home), this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate(s)!

Our client have developed an app that offers a much simpler recruitment solution for the NHS, and have grown exponentially as a result of their service. They have placed 1000's of nurses across the UK, and are fielding 100's of new applications every week. As a result of this demand, they require a number of articulate, personable candidates to join their Client Services team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling 25+ daily inbound calls from interested clients
- Overseeing the entire application process (over the phone)
- Handling any initial queries/questions on the app/services
- Offering an exceptional service to all clients

In order to be considered for this position(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of handling inbound calls in a Customer Services capacity
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fun, sociable personality

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £22,000, our client are also offering the following:

- 10% annual bonus
- Guaranteed regular performance review(s) (anticipated salary rise to £25,000)
- Hybrid working model (working 2/3 days a week from home (after 12 week probation))
- Great working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
