Sales & Operations Administrator

Sales Administrator, London, £37,000 (+ 15% Bonus), Office Fit-Out Company, Immediate Start!
Our client, a global market leader in creating sustainable and vitalising work environments, are looking to recruit a highly organised person with exceptional attention to detail who is at ease working in a high pressure environment, to support its small, professional and high performing Central London-based sales team, to deliver their challenging sales targets. The role will involve a wide range of administrative tasks and direct client and colleague liaison. Based in its main UK showroom (with the ability to work on a hybrid basis), this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the sales team and international colleagues to meticulously prepare all relevant information and specifications for major projects whilst ensuring accurate and timely orders are placed - Coordinating all incoming leads and daily queries
- Coordinating with trade partners throughout the sales process to ensure the very best trading terms and service are achieved for the company
- Supporting Senior Account Managers to develop strong relationships with key existing customers and to win new business via tenders and global bids - Supporting Directors to accurately complete company audits and fulfil quality assurance objectives

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have:

- Demonstrable high attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure - Proven experience of advising and supporting B2B customers over the phone/email
- Proven experience in performing multiple administrative tasks in a very busy environment (supporting a wider team)
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing new systems and complex processes - Demonstrable competence with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- A professional, articulate, problem solving and client focussed manner - in all forms of communication - Passion to achieve the best commercial outcome for both company and customer – every time, on time. - Ability to stay focussed in demanding, dynamic and rewarding environment

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client is also offering a discretionary annual bonus (of up to 15%). Our client is also offering the opportunity to work on a flexible/hybrid basis (mixture of office/remote-working)which would include an ergonomic chair and desk provided for both home and office locations, plus a laptop and phone. Private healthcare is also offered after a successful probationary period. The working hours for the role are: Monday - Friday; 9.00am - 5.00pm
