Your new role
The role of the EMEA Sales Performance Manager is to be accountable for the success of the global sales performance management program by partnering with Sales Management, Learning & Development, and HR to analyse, identify and execute performance coaching plans tailored to specific needs to increase individual sales performance.

  • Sales Performance: Improve Sales Performance by providing coaching and performance plans that are designed to achieve improved sales performance and quota delivery
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Identifying gaps in performance and key drivers that are resulting in under or over performance
  • Performance Management: Ability to implement performance improvement plans and collaborate with HR and Sales Managers to ensure best practices are followed in efforts to improve the sales performance of individuals
  • Sales Manager Engagement: Collaborate with Sales Management in executing on performance improvement plans, coaching plans, and sales performance initiatives
  • Sales Coaching: Highly effective in communicating and coaching sales managers to improve the performance of their teams and drive coaching sessions as needed

What you'll need to succeed
  • They are looking for someone who is compelling, motivating and inspirational in their coaching approach with the ability to lead coaching sessions with Sales Management on how to coach effectively to see tangible outcomes
  • A strong background in call coaching, how to role play and design hands on coaching methodologies that upskill sales ability specifically in an inside sales atmosphere
  • Being highly effective in measuring success of sales teams and creating individual coaching plans that result in improved performance
  • Have a keen eye for performance gaps, reviewing leading and lagging measures then design training plans and coaching initiatives
  • Have a collaborative approach in working with Learning and Development teams, HR, Sales Management and Senior Leadership in relaying coaching plans
  • Have several years experience in Quota Carrying Sales Management and specifically hands-on experience coaching sales individuals
