We are working with a care provider whom has properties across Norwich and they are looking for an additional team member at their supported living home in Norwich.

Your new role
Working as part of a team for a small supported living household with 3 service users in residence. The home is vibrant and full of music, laughter and activity. Assisting the service users with all aspects of their lives such as visits out, managing money, making meals etc. This is a full time role working 38 hours a week as part of a rota which involved alternate weekends.

What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities
* Reliability and good time keeping
* Good communication skills
* Positive attitude towards work
