Temp Customer Service role in Warrington - working from home - up to 23rd December £9.77/hr incl hol pay
Your new company
You will be working for a leading technology company from their office in Warrington on a specific project in the run up to Christmas.
Your new role
Your role will be based around web-chat based customer service for a specific seasonal IT product they offer to the american market.
After a week of being in the office receiving full training, the position will revert to home working for the remainder of the contract.
As you will be supporting american business, the working hours are based on two shift patterns (both Mon-Fri) of 12pm - 9pm and 2pm - 11pm
There will also be potential option for overtime.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to:
- Have a laptop you can work from at home
- Be able to work in the office at first then home based
- Have recent relevant customer service experience
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be prepared to work the shifts detailed above
