Based in Edinburgh Centre, we are working exclusively with a well-known and reputable client within their sector. Our client is recruiting a Sales and Compliance Administrator to join their team, on a temporary basis for an initially month to month contract with the view to become permanent for the right candidate. Your new role
Working as part of the front-end Sales team, you will have a variety of responsibilities. Initially you will be the main point of contact for providing systems support to management and staff on the procurement system and ensuring that all compliance checks are met. In addition, you will liaise with buyers and sales teams to implement effective administration systems to meet HMRC Anti-money laundering requirements. You will also undertake data entry tasks, prepare marketing material for sales consultants, liaise with buyers and other general administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious and motivated Sales & Compliance Administrator with a proven track record of success demonstrated through experience in a similar role. You will possess strong communication skills and be confident with liaising with buyers and suppliers across varying levels. It is essential you are diligent, experienced and have experience delivering exceptional customer service.
