Interim HR Manager - Chester - Starting end of September for 6 months
Your new company

You will join a rapidly growing manufacturing business on the outskirts of Chester that has strong investment and new facilities – this company has ambitious growth plans and as such are looking for a dynamic HR leader to support them through this.

Your new role

Your role is newly created and is key to the success of the business, implementing positive working relationship and environment and focusing on employee engagement shaping a positive culture. You will take the reins and plan and implement HR processes, work on areas such as structure, workforce planning and change management. Support managers in employee relations, driving positive change and ensure effective talent management and recruitment to support the growth.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified HR Manager with proven experience in organisational development in SME business who has . Demonstrated success translating business strategies into organisational and HR strategies and actions. Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of and hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions. A track record of positive results and an ability to provide demonstrated examples of programs and policies that have contributed to the growth and bottom-line profitability of an organisation while enhancing or driving cultural change as well as effective problem-solving and conflict management.
