French speaking Contact Centre Representative required in Preston, £18k basic, £21k OTE, permanent role

You will work as part of a successful Contact Centre operation based in Preston, working for an organisation who provide a wide range of services and solutions to their well-established and long-term client base. This is a diverse and collaborative organisation, as reflected by their services and clients, and your role will directly feed in to this culture of supporting the operations as the company continues to grow after recent success.

Your new role
You will work as part of a specialist contract for a long-term client, where you will be responsible for a number of customer service facets such as inbound/outbound calls, account management, query resolution, problem solving, developing payment/billing plans for customers, engaging with customers in French speaking regions to deliver excellent service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be engaging with customers from French speaking regions via oral and written formats, so being fluent in French is essential for this role. You will be articulate, an attentive listener with excellent attention to detail. You will have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service through problem solving, influencing, negotiating and excellent customer support.

What you'll get in return
You will secure a permanent role during a difficult period, working on a prestigious and renowned project. You will work shifts Monday - Friday as part of this role which include 8am - 4:30pm, 12pm - 8pm and 1 Saturday per month which is 9am - 1pm. You will be provided with first-class training over many weeks which will allow you to become an expert in your role, with a basic salary of £18k, there is a clear structure in place which allows you to progress, with the opportunity to earn £21k OTE should targets be met within the given time frame.
