Turkish-speaking VIP Executive, London, Online Gambling Company, £25,000 (£28,000 after probation)!

Our client, an incredibly successful Online Gambling Company based in the City of London, are looking to recruit a number of Turkish-speaking VIP Executives to join their ever-growing team on a permanent basis. Based in fantastic offices in the heart of the City, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)! (You will be working remotely until safe to be back in the office).

Our client have been established for a number of years, and have proved to be one of our best clients over the course of the last 5 years - in total, we have placed close to 60 candidates there on a permanent basis. The company operate in the Online Gambling field, and are an industry leader - they have recently acquired other companies, such is their dominance in the market. Due to their continued growth, they have recently created a new company to support their services and are now seeking more fantastic Turkish-speaking candidates to join their VIP team.

In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying/managing the acquisition of new Turkish-speaking VIP clients through proactive outbound calling (talking to customers about new offers and promotions)
- Handling inbound calls, emails and live chat conversations from high-profile VIP customers
- Acting as the first point of contact for any queries and escalations
- Building strong and trustworthy relationships with VIP's
- Offering a world-class customer service experience

In order to be considered for these position(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Fluency in Turkish AND English (complete written and verbal fluency)
- Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment
- Fun, sociable personality
- Articulate telephone manner
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (EU passport/indefinite leave to remain - no self-employed Visa's)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work on the designated shift pattern

Our client are offering a very competitive starting salary of £25,000, and are always progressing their candidates, so the opportunity to develop throughout the business is very transparent!

In addition to the fantastic salary on offer, you will also be entitled to a discretionary company bonus (based on company performance!), 25 days holiday and a host of benefits. The working hours are as follows:

- Working 5 out of the 7 days a week (occasionally including weekends, when rota'd on)
- 2 separate shifts: 8.00am - 4.30pm - 11.30am - 8.00pm
