Your new role
Due to continued growth, this organisation are now seeking an experienced, self motivated Customer Services Manager to join and manage their Customer Services team of 10. They pride themselves on exceptional customer service and look to develop long term customer and business relationships.

Duties include:
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission
  • Deploy service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Developing and analysing systems, processes and procedures
  • Working closely with the Commercial Director

What you'll need to succeed
This is fantastic opportunity that offers support and progression for an individuals career. It is suited to a competent individual that has experience and knowledge of account management, business development, customer relations or customer service management, preferably from a FMCG background.

Knowledge of e-commerce would be advantageous.
