A Senior HR Business Partner for a professional services company based in Reigate and Redhill.

Your new company
Our professional Services client is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team based in Reigate. You will be supporting the UK business of 1800 employees within the Technology and Administration team.

Your new role
This is a generalist HR BP role and you will be working closely with the HR Global Services to manage employee relations, HR operations, organisational effectiveness, performance management, talent development and total rewards whilst ensuring seamless delivery to the client. You will also have line management responsibility of the HR Advisor.

This role will be based at their offices in Reigate but there will ideally be a 50/50 split with their offices in Redhill.

If you are successful in securing this role you will be required to onboard remotely and return to the office later this year.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must be CIPD qualified with experience of working in a HR Business Partner role within a professional services or financial services organisation with longevity in your roles.

What you'll get in return
If you are successful in securing the Senior HR BP role you will receive a salary of £50,000-£70,000 (depending on experience) plus a 20& bonus, flexible working, 25 days holiday, life assurance and medical plan.
