Your new company

Our client is a Managing Director of a number of businesses within the West Midlands. Hugely ambitious, they have a high level of responsibilities and very heavy work load . With a number of plates spinning, they need an experienced and well organised Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support across the businesses.

Your new role
  • Extensive diary management
  • Have working knowledge of legal processes, legislation and documentation
  • Collating research around compliance and governance
  • Travel and accommodation booking, domestic and international
  • Responsible for email correspondence, monitoring and responding to these in a timely manner
  • Collating invoices and chasing payments
  • Assess and ensure that all IT and order processes across the businesses are in place and correct
  • Attending meetings with, or on behalf of the business
  • Collating meeting packs
  • Proof reading documents to a high standard
  • Ensuring that work load is prioritised and all deadlines are met across the businesses
  • Acquiring premises, both personal and business
  • Liaising with managers across the business functions to ensure all information is correct and uptodate regarding forecasting and business plans

What you'll need to succeed
This role is for a special type of assistant. You will be an experienced Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, with exposure to a fast paced environment, looking after both personal and professional world. Previous experience working within Law, or supporting a company secretary would be advantageous.
